Living Libraries

Borrow a book with a difference...

Photo of Living Books - Aggie and Ajak

Are you curious about people with different life experiences, cultural backgrounds or careers?  If you'd like the chance to speak with someone whose experience is vastly different from your own, then here is your chance.  Why not borrow a policeman, an environmental crusader or organiser extraordinaire?  Or hear tales from exotic lands by borrowing one of our world travellers.

If you've got some stereotypes you'd like to banish, a living book might help you get some insight into the differing lifestyle choices, religions, abilities and sexual preferences out there.

The Living Books are a fascinating and diverse mix of individuals with many talents and stories to share.  Be illuminated, intrigued, informed... be open.
