Enquiries and Bookings

You can enquire about meeting room availability by completing the online Meeting Room Enquiry Form, by calling Ms Liliana Black on 8470 8236 during business hours, in person at the library or via email to liliana.black@darebinlibraries.vic.gov.au  N.B.  Fees apply, please see the pricing schedule below.

To make a booking, you can complete the online booking form, or return a completed Meeting Room Booking Form by fax to 92614859, in person at the library or by post to Ms Liliana Black at Preston Library, P.O. Box 257, Preston, 3072.

Audio Visual Set-Up

An audio visual package is available for groups and organisations that hire the Preston or Northcote meeting rooms.  It includes a data projector which allows full access by laptops and DVD players. The data projector has full sound and a 240 cm screen for viewing.

We can also, upon request, supply cables (see below) to ensure groups and organisations have the ability to access the data projector.

If you would like to use the audio visual cables please tick the appropriate box on the meeting room booking form. 

Laptops, DVD players and any other audio visual equipment must be supplied by the party booking the meeting room.
